Melovit is a dietary supplement containing melatonin, a substance produced by our own bodies that regulates the body's natural sleep/wake cycle. Melovit helps establish normal sleep patterns to promote a more restful, relaxing sleep and better overall health.

Melatonin is found naturally in the body which plays an important role in natural sleep-wake cycle. Natural levels of melatonin in the blood are highest at night. After we reach maturity, melatonin production declines with age, which can make restful sleep more difficult to achieve. Melatonin production can also diminish by use of substances like alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, acetylsalicylic acid and many common medications.

Valeriana officinalis has been shown to encourage sleep, improve sleep quality and reduce blood pressure. Passiflora is particularly useful for sleeping disorders due to stress, anxiety and exasperation.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays an important factor in the processes of the brain and supports healthy nervous and immune system.
