It works by reducing muscle tension and insomnia, calming the nerves to prevent agitation, mood swings, headaches and hot flashes from anxiety. Passiflora is used to gently relax the mind/body to prepare for a more restful nights sleep.
Grataegus Sanguinea is an old herbal medicine used as a heart tonic and modern research has borne out this use.
