Bryonia was discovered as a homeopathic remedy many years ago and has been of tremendous value within homeopathy ever since. The root of the plant is dug from the earth before flowers ever begin to grow. It is then chopped, pulped, and macerated in alcohol for a period of ten days.
Zingiber is commonly known as ginger. Zingiber is used in a variety of homeopathic remedies to help restore circulation in the extremities. Ginger contains components such as calcium and iron, as well as gingerol and paradol, which help reduce inflammation that may constrict blood vessels and interfere with circulation.
